I Am Number 9784131210-A

As you may not know, I am also an alien that came from another planet named Landorf. Yes, I possess many of the powers demonstrated by "Jon Smith."

Bahaha. No disrespect - but the movie was quite good. The lizard, who transformed into a dog, who transformed into a monster, was kind of cool. Hahaha. I thought it was the antagonist, but he was on Number 4's side (Jon Smith). Surprisingly, Jon ditches his crush, and I was really shocked. She should've tagged along, instead of being left in Paradise, Ohio. But the one thing that made me depressed was the school! Like, although the monsters from the planet vanishes into a cloud of ash, the school was left like a nuclear bomb has exploded on the site. I mean, what would the principal say, waking up the next morning and seeing his school ripped to shreads?! The students would be like: Fuck Yeah, no school, well - maybe the teachers too for not having to deal with those rotten teenage kids.

And after that fiasco, wouldn't the whole world population know about these aliens now? I mean, the numerous spectators that witnessed the whole monsters, and Number 4's power demonstration at his crush's house - did I mention they captured the events on their cell phones?!

The movie ends leaving the viewers with a possiblity of a sequel - saying that Number 4 and Number 6, must reunite with the others to defeat the opposing forces... and they're bringing Sam, the dude that has been bullied in school for his belief in aliens, and his (real) dad was captured by aliens, but we all know in the middle of the movie, got killed by the opposing forces.

The Amazing Race 18

The Amazing Race is back on CTV (CBS in the US). The season premiere was tonight, which was broadcasted in HD for the first time ever.

The Amazing Race 18: Unfinished Business casts contestants from previous seasons, namely Seasons 12 - 17. The teams are:

a. Amanda & Kris
b. Gary & Mallory
c. Flight Time & Big Easy
d. Jamie & Cara
e. Jet & Cord
f. Kent & Vyxsin
g. LaKisha & Jennifer
h. Margie & Luke
i. Mel & Mike
j. Ron & Christina
k. Zev & Justin

More information can be found on the CBS website, which the link will be provided below.

Today began the first of the twelve weeks of racing around the world. To us is twelve weeks, but to them it's just twenty-ish days (give or take). This seasons, teams will be flying to Australia, Japan, China, India, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Brazil, then finally back to the US (not particularly in that order). A results table is posted on Wikipedia, which the link will also be provided below.

I will post them here as well.

LEG 1 (Part I) - Palm Springs, California, United States (San Gorgonio Pass Wind Farm) (Starting Line)
- Los Angeles (Los Angeles International Airport) to Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Sydney Airport)
- Sydney (Circular Quay - Sydney Ferries) to Manly (Manly Wharf)
- Manly (Oceanworld Manly)
- Manly (Manly 16ft Skiff Sailing Club)
- Manly (Shelly Beach)
-
In the Race's first Roadblock, one team member had to scuba dive in the Oceanworld shark and ray tank and search the tank for a compass. The compass included a guide to read a series of nautical flags outside which told them to go to the Manly 16ft Skiff Sailing Club, find the Commodore, and tell him the passphrase "I am between the Devil and the deep blue sea" to receive their next clue.

Additional tasks Before receiving their first clue, teams had to search through hundreds of paper airplanes for one airplane that matched the clue "Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services" (the full name of Qantas Airways). The first eight teams to get the right airplane would be on a flight that left 90 minutes before the last 3 teams. The last team to find the correct airplane would also be penalized by having to perform a U-Turn on the Leg. At the sailing club, teams had to join a sailing crew and ride a 16ft Skiff through a race course to a series of buoys that had their next clue. (Text taken from Wikipedia)

1st. Gary & Mallory (Won Express Pass)
2nd. Amanda & Kris
3rd. LaKisha & Jennifer

LEG 2 (Part II)
- Broken Hill, NSW, Australian Outback
- (content missing)
- Sydney Airport to Tokyo, Japan (Narita International Airport)
- Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture

Wow, these are amazing! I mean, I would love to get something like this, but it's too soon. I have to find a stable job in the world of business first, be successful, and have a good boss in order to add to my half sleeve. Until then, no forearm.

Evacuation of the Bell Tower

Something happened in the Bell Tower 2 days ago that caused massive evacuation, as firefighters were on scene.

Businessmen and women littered the parking lots including that of Staples.

We don't know what the cause of the evacuation was, but I just thought it was interesting. February 15, 2011 (Bell Tower, 101 St, 104 Av)
Also from 2 days ago, there was a manhole repair in effect on 97 St, a main artery into Edmonton's downtown area from the North side of the city. It's already busy without the repairs, but now with it... it looks like New York... February 15, 2011 (Facing South, 97 St, 124 Av) February 15, 2011 (Facing North, 97 St, 124 Av)

Delays only affecting Northbound Traffic. Please use alternate routes! Have fun! Hehe.

The Day of a University Student

Let's start when I wake up.

Kevin's Daily Schedule:
06:45 - Wake up (Fuck!)
06:46 - Shower (Mmm)
06:56 - Eat Breakfast
07:10 - Get Dressed for College
07:15 - Leave House
07:20 - In Transit (and beacause this is the Frozen Tundra Country, so it's freezing ass off time)
07:45 - Arrive at School (approx. 15 minutes till shit begins)
08:00 - First Class (must have coffee)
10:00 - Class Ends (~14:00 on Tue/Thu)
10:00/14:00 - In Transit
10:30/14:30 - Making Noodles
12:00/16:30 - Homework

Yep, that's how my daily routine is... pretty boring huh? Well the basic needs of surviving college is studying and doing homework! And what are the essentials you need for completing these tasks? Coffee, Nestea, and Noodles!
1. Drink a cup of coffee (I get XL size...)
2. In between classes, especially for those long classes (over 1 hr long), buy a bottle of Nestea (the original or the green tea flvr is pretty good)
3. When you're at home and you need to cram and shit, make instant noodles. Mmm. Fast and delicious!
Fuck my noodles are so yummy, and irresistible!

Keep on studying!

Happy Valentines Day!!

For all you happy couples out there, Happy Valentines Day. And to everyone like me, Happy Single Awareness Day. Lol. But there's nothing happy about it! First how can you be happy without someone to love? Money can't buy happiness... Well... Technically yes it can - but that's not my point! My point is that being single sucks! No girl, no sex, and no hugs and kisses!!! Just kidding about the sex thing. I don't have "that" much of a sex drive.. Lol. But hey, were all human, aren't we?

Bahh need to find a girl soon. Anyone wanna hook up? ;) I'm no Hollywood star, but I'm close...! Bahahaha oh I just crack myself up!

Anyways, Happy Valentines Day! And for all of you couples, don't have too much fun tonight we don't want single awareness day to be abortion controlment day...

Special Doors for Special People?

At one of our malls in Downtown Edmonton, I noticed that the doors on the left are larger than the doors on the right. I thought the same like some of you - maybe it's that its for the automatic door allowing people in wheelchairs or strollers to get in, but no. The doors beside it are also "XL". Could this mean that the doors on the left for obese people? And the doors on the right are for normal sized people? There are hints America! Tone Down!

Like I posted a month ago, I want to get another piece connecting my half sleeve koi. I want either a chrysanthemum or peony on the underside of my arm, making my half sleeve complete! =)

Problem is... I don't know which one!! Both the peony and the crysanthemum look equally nice.
Here are some pictures: (for the peony im thinking blue and light blue, and the crysanthemum, im thinking of blue and orange)

Crysanthemum:

Peony:

See the dilemma~? So I need help. If you think the Chrysanthemum looks nicer, click the "Funny" icon.

3+3=9

Gee, I wonder if that marker thought I was retarded or something? After getting my math midterm back, I realized that on my answers I got 2/9. She circled the 9 and wrote a 6. And I was like "Shit!" But no marks deducted. Looking at my previous step, I noticed that I wrote 2/ (3+3) = 2/9.

...

*facepalm

Oh dear....

Happy Groundhog Day!

Today is Groundhog Day. And did you know a mayor in Southern Ontario, home to Wille the groundhog wants Groundhog Day to be an "actual" holiday? Crazy right?

So if you don't know the legend behind all this, here's a blurb found in the Metro Edmonton today:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"According to legend, the groundhog emerges from its burrow at noon and, if sunny, it sees its shadow, becomes frightened and returns, meaning winter will last for six more weeks. If it does not see its shadow, the worst of winter is said to be over and warmer weather is on its way."
METRO EDMONTON
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So there you have it folks. Hopefully the groundhog does NOT see his/her shadow because I don't want six more weeks of hell! Please!!!! I'm asian so I can't really handle all this coldness - Like how I can't handle the next 2 days of midterms! Gahh! Back to studying!

***UPDATE***

For Western Canada, the groundhog did see its shadow so it's expected that we have six more weeks of Winter!!! NOOOOO!!!!
but... Eastern Canada, the groundhog did not see its shadow so there won't be six more weeks of Winter!!! WooHoo!!!!

But which groundhog is right? 50/50? or Westerners stick with the western groundhog and Easterners stick with the eastern groundhog? Hmm....

1 More day till death and Chinese New Year!

I hope the MGTSC exam isn't that long. Because on the practice midterm he gave us, theres a lot of god damn subquestions to the question. UGH And for math... hopefully they'll be easy functions. She makes it look easy when she does it, but then when we get to do it, it's like hell.

Then after that day, it's going to be Econ. Lovely.

Still Digging Out!

It's been 2 weeks since the major snowstorm that put Edmonton into a shutdown. I don't know why we don't have more snow plows. I mean, if you think about it - there's actually no need to think - You "KNOW" that Edmonton is the Antarctica of the North minus the penguins. Haha? No? - Ok =(

Streets are being plowed in residential areas, which started earlier last week. The major roadways are finally getting snow removed from the curb (the snow that was shovelled after the snowstorm was left there, blocking a lane of traffic each way). Here are some shots of what happened this afternoon. More pictures can be found on my flickr page!

Enjoy.

Episode VI: It's the Negative Reciprocal of the Star War's Saga

So the bitch has a new man bitch - um... some like a man slave to the slutty queen sort of annotation. I can't think of a proper word to describe him but whatever. Not that important. He's a white guy, with this hand tattoo of the um... OMG. She keeps talking on the phone in her whiney voice. I just want to shove someones cock in her mouth, that way, she can choke, or that at least she feels happy when she chokes to death. I mean, she is a slut after all right?! And Bishesta, if you're reading this, I bet you're LMFAO-ing right now. LOL. But nonetheless, she's all like... "Yaahhh, I'm happy, I got like this ring from this guy.... yadda yadda yaddah, blah blah blah...., and its like 3 karats" (more like worth 3 carrots). Teehee. She even walks around like a slut. Well currently she's in a study room 6-201K to be exact. And there are... .10 people in there... Um, theres 8 guys and 2 girls, You guys can do the math. The guys are benefiting from this. Hehe. Well actually, I do know this one guy with the girl are a couple so 7 guys to the slut and the couple. Ugh. Nasty. Just wait... she's gonna come out of the room again... She's so fucking annoying. She sounds like that fat chick from the Cleveland Show - the one who's on the motor scooter all the time because she's so fat that she can't stand up properly... Oh, I love that show, but not as much as Family Guy-

Anyways, before I get too ahead of myself, and tell you about all the fascinating facts of how Family Guy is truthful about America, I should end my 3 part series of this saga. Anyways, so the guy who she asked for the notes and offered to pay for him is now in her clan. And he is part of the 10 person study group. There're all asians by the way, but I think they're doing all the work, and all she's doing is copying. Whatever, come to think of it, it's a good thing actually. If she fails, she can get the fuck out of our school! Woohoo! Take that slut body back to Vietnam! Oh Burn! <-- Hmm. They should actually make this into a Family Guy series and give credit to me. Hehe. Then I'll be famous!

Geez. Only 22 minutes till class. Yay for MGTS (Management Science). I can't wait till this weeks over. I just want to get my exams over with. Did I mention that my essay was due today and that I didn't due it. BUT... - She allows a 1 week extension with no penalty so that's pretty good. So I'm estimating I can finish by Sunday!

At Husky, We like to Give Our Customers a Bit of a Challenge...

The real question of the day is, how do you take a sip from a straw inside the cup, if suppose the lid was glued shut?
-It's pretty easy, you go into Panago and get a straw that's bigger and longer! While you're there, might as well stop and order the 2 pizza and wings deal! Mhmm?? Actually don't. Cause you'll make it busy and we don't like that. Well the employees at least. Cut down obesity America! And as for Canadians, don't laugh, cause you're getting there. Not me though, cause no matter what I eat, I'm still this skinny.
